I don't know about you, but a girl can never enough palettes!! There is something about them that makes makeup seem a lot more intriguing and pretty. My favorite time of the year to get a palette is the holidays! So I was beyond happy when I saw the cover of the C-22 Brochure!  LOL! Avon really did a great job with picking out a great palette to kick of the holiday season.

 

 

 





 

 

First let's start with the fact that this kit comes already giftwrapped! Yes the beautiful teal and purple packaging is all you need. Of course you could add a big bow if you like. Now let's open her up.

 

 

 



 

The first tier has beautiful, vibrant eye shadow colors that are divided into little square compacts. These shades come in a variety of finishes such as matte, shimmer and satin. The second tier can be found by pulling the first tier apart. There you will see more gorgeous and bold shade of eyeshadows. There are also 2 compacts of blush and highlight duos.

 

 

 



 

 

 

  Now if you look very closely, you will see small satin tabs attached to the squares. This is so you can you fill your mini " on the go " palette with your favorite shades!! Yes, this baby is customizable!

I mean what more can a girl for ask for!

Makeup Maven Exclusive: Avon Top Secret Box





Hello beauties,

I am back once again with some more exclusive Makeup Maven beauty dish!!! So several months ago I created this most exciting video on my beauty channel to date! It was all about the top secret makeup products that I was introduced to in NY!!! I was on mail man alert until this makeup box was in my hands. The anticipation was so high, that as soon as I received it. I immediately started posting pics and taped 2 videos!! Unfortunatley, I totally forgot to do a blog post!! So I am making up for lost time by sharing with you all the deets on my beauty box!!

Let first tell you that we were all blessed from the Avon beauty Gods for this package!! These exclusive previews are normally only given to the top sellers and leaders in the company! So it was a complete honor that all of the Makeup Mavens were gifted these items! I can't thank Avon enough for this!! So enough of me standing on my beauty soap box!! lol I know you all are like, "Show us what's in the box" already!

These are just a few of the amazing new makeup collection from Avon!! Avon spent years researching about how they could improve on our makeup! They asked women what they liked and disliked when it came to certain beauty items. The final result is our newly reformulated Avon Color line with True Color Technology!! This line is filled with tons of bright and vivid shades for all skin tones!! The color  you see in the eyeshadow pan, is the same color that will get on your eyes!!! But they didn't stop at the formula, but they also gave the packaging a huge makeover! LOL! Now the packaging is sleek, modern and sophisticated! Oh and there is a little something extra with the lipsticks!!

Here is the Purple Pop Quad: The pans are now rectangle and square shaped instead of the circles from the older quads. This is great because that gives you more product for your money. The feature we all loved was the fact that the colors are numbered!! There is now a how - to pic on the back that allows you to create a great eye every time!! I call it the beauty cheat sheet! LOL!

 

 

 

Ok can we get a round of applause for the pigmentation!!! These were swatched straight from the pan with no primer!!!! *faints* ( l to r) # 1, 2,3,4

 

 

 

 

 

 

Here is  Rich Ruby from the Ultra Color Rich Line! The new lipstick line is also formulated with the True Color Technology. This gives you bold and bright shades for every skin tone. There are 55 shades to choose from! So no one should have a problem finding the right color for themselves. LOL Avon listened to thousands of women, when they said they want a lipstick that has great color payoff,  makes their lips soft but doesn't wipe off easily. These lipsticks do that and more. They glide on smooth and even after hours the color remains on the lips!! Score!! Oh and the bonus is the preview window on the cap. This is a long time coming! No more having to pop caps all day to find the shade you want!
